The Asia Institute offers the opportunity to spend a research period to scholars interested in Asia-related issues. The term varies according to scope and theme of the research, but it is limited to no more than 12 months. Visiting scholars are strongly encouraged to disseminate the results of their research through a seminar, workshop or lecture at the Institute.
The Asia Institute provides share office space for the visiting researchers and access to the libraries and online resources of the University of Bologna.
