SAFERUP! SHOWCASE EVENT at PEARL (UCL) - In person and online event

The hybrid SAFERUP! SHOWCASE Event will be held from Monday the 23^rd to Wednesday the 25^th of May 2022 at PEARL (University College of London) in London.

This is a 3-day international event during which the SAFERUP! researchers will display their work and the outcomes of the 15 SAFERUP! research projects for more SUSTAINABLE, ACCESSIBLE, SAFE, RESILIENT and     SMART URBAN PAVEMENTS.

A Keynote by Prof. Nick Tyler and an in person exhibition of the projects will be held on Monday the 23^rd.
Four different sessions will see the ESRs presenting their activities, with as many chairing experts in those fields. Sessions are planned on the 24^th, along with the SAFERUP! Social Dinner (SAFERUP! Consortium only).
On the 25^th, the Horizon Results Booster event will see the SAFERUP! and SMARTIETN projects joining forces into the SafeSmartInfra Event, a public round-table involving the project consortia and local stakeholders and policy-makers. The project final meeting (SAFERUP! members only) and closing ceremony will be held after a farewell lunch on Wednesday afternoon.

VENUE

PEARL (Person Environment Activity Research Laboratory) at UCL (University College of London) will be hosting the SAFERUP! Final event.

PEARL has a 4,000m² surface and 10m high ceilings: it will be the perfect venue for the final SAFERUP! event that will encompass an Open Conference on SAFERUP! topics and the SAFERUP! project exhibition.
