Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people (Steve Jobs)
Experiment the effectiveness of your ideas, discuss them with other people and help them to find the space they deserve
First of all, think like a user, in order to identify the target of the product or service you have in mind, in as much detail as you can to determine their purchasing power.
Then ask what demand your product/service will satisfy, and assess its advantages or benefits for the end user. That’s what counts.
Remember that for a start-up it’s better to start with a well-defined but small niche market, where just a few users are looking for a solution to their problem. If the niche is small, there will be less competition and so it will be easier to satisfy it and earn customer loyalty. There’s plenty of time to grow and expand.
The people you would like to address are probably already looking for an answer to their needs in some other way, possibly from your competitors. How will your product or service differ from that of your competitors? What is its innovative feature? What would make people choose it? What benefits will they have?
If you can't identify any competitors, either your idea could be absolutely innovative, or what you have in mind isn’t on offer because perhaps it’s not that useful.
To investigate all these aspects you need to talk to people, and we offer these opportunities for doing so:

To turn your business project into a concrete, functioning business model, you need specific tools and approaches.
Projects with a verified business feasibility, a concrete team and no particular criticalities in terms of logistics and implementation times, can be accompanied in their growth by a business incubator or accelerator. Pro-activeness, commitment, the quality of the team and the potential of the project are assessed for inclusion in the incubator.
Start-ups are accompanied with different types of support, until they are ready to stand on their own two feet: managerial assistance, mentoring, a preferential channel for meeting investors who believe in the innovation of the project and can offer the necessary economic support.
At the end of the incubation programme, the team will have acquired business awareness and competences for sourcing the financial resources needed to develop the business, counting on a network of relations.
