  • PROXIMA - HORIZON - XR2LEARN Open Call

    Proximity Machinery through Distributed Augmented Reality HMI Layers for Empowering Industrial operators in Low Resources Scenarios

  • Virtual Assembly

    In collaboration with industry partners, it focuses on developing a Virtual Assembly platform that simulates real-world assembly processes in immersive VR environments. It enables training, validation, and optimization of assembly tasks without the need for physical prototypes. Using motion tracking and haptic feedback, users interact with virtual components in realtime. The solution enhances productivity, reduces costs, and supports collaborative design and ergonomic analysis.

  • AR for Training

    In collaboration with industry partners, it focuses on developing an Augmented Reality (AR) training platform that overlays interactive instructions onto real-world environments. It enables hands-on, step-by-step guidance for complex tasks without interrupting workflows, improving learning retention, reducing errors, and enhancing efficiency in skill-based training.

  • VICON OPTICAL tracking system

    High-precision motion capture system widely used in biomechanics, animation, virtual reality, robotics, and clinical gait analysis. It uses high-speed cameras to track the 3D movement of reflective markers placed on a subject or object, providing sub-millimeter accuracy, making it one of the most precise systems available.

  • MANUS QUANTUM MetaGloves

    High-fidelity finger tracking by using accurate end-point fingertip tracking sensors, providing accurate and reliable finger capture data.

  • TOBii Glasses

    Wearable eye-tracking system in the form of lightweight, high-tech glasses, used to record exactly where a person is looking in real time while they move freely in natural environments. It's particularly useful for UX research, psychology, science sciences, sports science, and marketing.

  • Leap Motion controllers

    Markerless hand-tracking devices able to capture the movement of your hands and fingers with high precision, using infrared LEDs and stereo IR cameras.

    Wearable devices for real-time health monitoring, adopted in clinical and research settings. They track physiological signals like EDA (electrodermal activity), heart rate, temperature, and motion. They offer FDA-cleared solutions for monitoring and stress research.

  • Bangle.js programmable smartwatch

    Lightweight smartwatch interface using the Bangje.js library to enable physics-based UI interactions. It brings dynamic, natural-feeling gestures and animations to wearable devices. Ideal for creating intuitive, touch-responsive experiences on small screens.

  • Tractor driving simulator

    It is specifically designed to support studies in human-machine interaction within agricultural vehicle environments. It enables to investigate how tractor operators perceive, interpret, and respond to real-time feedback from both the machine and the environment — helping to improve the design of safer and more intuitive operator interfaces and cabins.

  • Flight simulator

    It is designed to study how pilots perceive, interpret, and respond to system feedback and environmental cues during various flight scenarios. The setup combines a high-fidelity cockpit, dynamic motion platform, and immersive visual environment to recreate real-world flying conditions.

  • Virtual Assembly Station

    It allows to virtually replicate assembly tasks to support the analysis of the human-machine interaction and improve the workstation design as well as product design.
