Marta Benini began her professional career in 2016 at LaBase Revisioni srl in Forlì, where she is a partner, coordinating and supervising the audit and accounting teams. In this capacity, she gained experience in other assurance activities, such as accounting due diligence, business valuations, and appraisals, alongside training on statutory auditing and accounting principles.

She has been registered with the Register of Auditors since 2022 and was certified as a Chartered Accountant in 2020.

Project & Capacity Building Specialist with over ten years of experience in designing, managing, and reporting on training, research, and advisory projects. Since 2013, I have been part of AICCON Research Center, where I currently coordinate ite activities and serve as head of Capacity Building & Project Management Area. I support social economy organizations in assessing training needs and developing growth strategies, and I work with funding bodies to design programs that foster social entrepreneurship. I hold a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management of Cooperative Enterprises and Non-Profit Organizations from the University of Bologna (Forlì campus) and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Cooperation and Development Economics from Sapienza University of Rome. Over the years, I have also completed a Master and several specialization courses in project design and financial reporting.

Coordinator of the Youth and Volunteering Area at Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale in Forlì-Cesena. I manage the entire lifecycle of civil service projects, from project design and volunteer selection to volunteer management, training, and reporting. I am also involved in European projects aimed at young people and persons with disabilities, focusing on mentorship, dissemination, and reporting activities. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Economy Management (University of Bologna) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (University of Basilicata). My professional interests include social project design, youth engagement, and social impact.

Elisa Biella is currently Digital & Content Factory Controller at Technogym, where she supports the management team with periodic and strategic analyses on revenues, costs, investments, P&L, and KPIs—both for current results and for target setting and forecasting. Previously, she held the role of Cost Analyst, focusing on standard costs, production and logistics variances. She began her career with two internships: a bachelor's internship in Marketing Research and a master's internship in Import Purchasing Dept. (Proel). She holds a Master’s degree with honors in Economics and Management - Business Administration from the University of Bologna (Forlì campus).

Julian is a Product Manager at Amazon, based at the European headquarters in Luxembourg. He currently leads global initiatives focused on launching new international markets and developing automation projects powered by artificial intelligence (including Generative AI and Agentic AI) within the “Amazon Devices” division, which includes Alexa, Kindle, FireTV, Ring, and Blink. Since 2022, he has been responsible for coordinating product launches across EMEA for the same division. Julian began his career at Amazon in Milan in late 2019 as an Associate E-commerce Manager, where he oversaw online growth in Europe for several leading consumer electronics brands such as Sony, Bose, B&O, and National Geographic. In collaboration with these partners, he defined sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and supply chain improvements. His professional journey started at Expedia in early 2019, initially as an intern during his postgraduate studies, and subsequently as a Commercial Account Manager.

I am actively involved throughout the entire client engagement lifecycle, from lead generation to the delivery of final project outcomes. Committed to fostering meaningful relationships and personal development, I strongly value attentive listening and lifelong learning. As a mentor, I offer my experience and empathy to support students in navigating their academic and professional journeys with clarity and confidence.

Anthea Vigni after a degree in Art and Culture Management obtained in Milan, she moved to the Netherlands to work at the World Fair Trade Organization, a certification body in the sector of fair trade. Upon returning to Italy, he decides to specialize in Social Economy Management and joins SocialFare in 2019.He currently deals with co-design, coordination and implementation of processes and programs to support social innovation, consultancy and capacity building workshops on social innovation issues, social business models and social impact assessment for public and private organizations.

Sara Rago is a strategic consultant at Studio Romboli Srl Società Benefit (Cesena).

After her studies in the fields of Marketing and Corporate Communication and Economics and Management of Cooperative and Non-profit Organisations, for over ten years she conducted research on topics related to social economy and cooperation subjects, including organisational models for generating social innovation, finance for social enterprises, and social impact assessment. In her current role, she accompanies Third Sector organisations and for-profit companies oriented towards generating social impact, such as benefit corporations, in the development of organisational growth paths, social reporting and impact assessment. She also carries out training activities especially on the topics of social reporting and social impact assessment: in particular, she teaches the Master in "Fundraising, Communication and Management for Ecclesiastical and Religious Organisations" promoted by Studio Romboli and the Advanced Training Course "Third Sector Organisations: legal profiles, accountability and partnerships with Public Administration" promoted by the University of Bologna.

Currently, I’m helping build Neggst, a company developing plant-based eggs, where I lead operations, support fundraising, and drive expansion into new markets in Germany, the US, and the UK. This role allows me to dive into the full scope of operations, from procurement and production to finance and sales. Before moving into food tech, I gained cross-industry experience optimising processes and driving growth at WeRoad, Glint, and several creative agencies. I’m passionate about creating meaningful impact through innovation, fostering strong company culture, and building purposeful collaborations.

My name is Gianni Galletti, I am 30 years old and I am currently working for a multinational company called Repa SPA. I achieved a bachelor's degree in Economics and commerce at the University of Bologna in 2015, then I moved to Manchester to improve my English and measure myself in a multi-cultural environment. After this experience I started a Master’s degree at the University of Bologna in “Business Administration” in Forlì which I completed with the grade of 110/110 with Honors. During this experience I also had the opportunity to do an internship in London. After this experience I started working for PwC in Milan for 3 years where I had the opportunity to follow different project on ERP implementation, organization restructuring and business development. After PwC I worked for two years at Unieuro Spa in Forlì as a business controller. Actually, I joined Repa Group SPA in May and I am currently working there since few months as a business controller.

Collaborates with the BCC Foundation for research Multifor for the development of social impact projects for social innovation and safeguard of occupational levels in the territory of Romagna.

I am currently working as an Account Manager at Hilti Italia.

Member of the Board of Directors, Project Manager and Head of Change Management Area at Social Seed Srl.Giulia has been working for 10 years as a consultant at Social Seed, a research and training agency that supports local organizations - public administration, non-profit organisations, for-profit companies, banks and foundations - in strategic, organisational and service innovation. As a member of the Board, Giulia is also responsible for strategic development and management of the company.Over the years, she has developed extensive experience in the fields of change management and organisational design. In particular, she deals with strategic and development plans, collaborative organisational models and human management.After completing her undergraduate studies in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs, she earned her master degree in Social Economy Management.She has worked for years on developing processes for community activation and co-design, and on designing collaborative spaces in her hometown, Forlì. In particular, she founded a coworking network in collaboration with local associations.

Kristian Mancinone holds a Bachelor in Statistics, a Master in Economics and Management of Social Economy Organizations and a postgraduate master in Innovation Management. Passionate about social and civic innovations, he applies design thinking and human-centered design to social innovations co-creation processes. He has worked as a project manager on the development of regional policies and ecosystems to exploit the potential of social innovation within the Smart Specialization Strategy (S3) in Emilia-Romagna. He has been involved in Responsible Research and Innovation projects dealing with public engagement and societal impact of research and innovation ecosystems; RRI is seen as a framework to enable research and innovation centers, competencies and laboratories to work on societal challenges. He has been involved in activity related to education and training of students and researchers and in social startup development. As a researcher at the University of Bologna he published articles on topics related to Social Economy and cooperative movement development. Actually he works as a freelance on stakeholder engagement, social innovation and as a grant specialist. In ICONS holds the position of social innovation senior officer working on social engagement strategies, development of KPIs and monitoring and assessment of engagement activities in EU-funded projects.

Dr Laura Colombo is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Exeter Business School. She holds a PhD in Management Studies, is Programme Director for BSc Business and Environment and serves as an Associate Editor at the Academy of Management Learning and Education journal. Before returning to academia, she worked as a project designer, in partnership with NGOs, cooperatives, and environmentally motivated social enterprises.

‘Graduated in December 2017 from the Faculty of Business and Economics. In January 2017, I undertook a curricular internship at the auditing firm Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. in Bologna in the Audit&Assurance function. A conclusion of the curricular internship I was hired in September 2017 and since then I have been part of the network, today in the role of Manager. I have been in charge of auditing the financial statements of clients of various sizes, listed and not, such as the Hera Group, Villa Maria Group, Novomatic Group. This experience allowed me to deepen my technical knowledge in the field of national and international accounting standards, as well as to develop skills relational and teamwork management skills.’

Camilla Serlupi Crescenzi has been working at WeWorld, one of the ten largest NGOs in Italy, for six years. An activist with a strong passion for international cooperation, human rights, and social impact, she currently serves as Head of Social and Environmental Justice for WeWorld’s programmes in Italy and Europe.

She coordinates and oversees projects focused on awareness-raising, capacity building, and advocacy in the fields of environment, rights, and sustainability. She also acts as Production Manager for the WeWorld Festivals. Within her area, she is responsible for thematic and strategic planning, process management, budgeting, human resources, partnerships, and donor engagement.

After earning her Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, with a dissertation on Corporate Social Responsibility, she pursued a Master's in Social Economy Management, with an international perspective, and took part in the Overseas programme in Argentina. Prior to joining WeWorld, she completed an internship with Fondazione Grameen Italia and collaborated with AICCON, specialising in project design, microcredit, and impact evaluation.

She has developed solid expertise in accounting, taxation, corporate operations, and auditing of large companies’ financial statements. Today, she provides integrated consulting services with a multidisciplinary and value-driven approach. Davide works as a Finance Analyst at Park Square Capital, a private debt asset manager based in Luxembourg, where he focuses on investment valuation analysis, NAV reporting oversight, and financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. He moved to Luxembourg at the beginning of 2024 to join Alter Domus as a Fund Services Officer, managing the operations of private debt funds and SPVs and acting as the main client liaison. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management with an international track in Business & Administration from the University of Bologna. During his Master’s studies, he completed an Erasmus program in France and two exchange programs in Denmark and the Netherlands, deepening his expertise in corporate finance and sustainability.
