Lorenzo Milanesi, born in Bologna in 1993, showed a great interest in numbers and economics right from his early studies. After graduating in Business Administration from the University of Bologna, he decided to continue his university studies at the Forlì Campus where he obtained, with honours, his Master's Degree in Economics and Business. In January 2019, he began his experience in auditing by joining Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. (Bologna office), where he currently holds the position of Auditor of the Audit & Assurance function.

Jessica Greco is an administrative employee at Rusticali S.r.l. - Forlì. She manages and performs the operational activities established by the Italian auditing standards (ISA Italia), aimed at verifying the regularity of company accounts and the correct recording of accounting entries by client companies in order to obtain reasonable assurance that their financial statements do not contain significant errors and are prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Accounting Standards (OIC) and the Italian Civil Code. The purpose of these controls is to obtain a professional opinion on the reliability of the financial statements, issued by means of an audit report.  In this context, checks are also carried out on the signing of tax returns, such as the Income Tax Form for Companies, the IRAP Form and the 770 Form.

Since October 2020, Elisa Bartolomei has been doing her apprenticeship at the auditing firm Rusticali Srl. Her duties mainly concern the performance of the controls provided for by ISA (Italy) 250B concerning the verification of the regular keeping of the company accounts, the checks aimed at issuing the audit report and therefore the controls relating to the main areas of the financial statements such as fixed assets, inventories, cash, receivables, payables, costs and revenues. controls relating to the main areas of the financial statements such as fixed assets, inventories, cash and cash equivalents, receivables, payables, costs and revenues, and the controls envisaged by ISA (Italy) 720B aimed at issuing an opinion on the consistency of the management report. After graduating in 2015, she did an 18-month internship at a firm of accountants, only after which she decided to enrol in the Master's degree course.

Gioia Sanchi is a chartered accountant and just over a month ago qualified as an auditor. After graduating in Economics and Business at the School of Economics and Management, Forlì Campus, of the University of Bologna, she worked for a few years at professional firms of accountants, where she gained experience in accounting and the preparation of financial statements. She is currently employed by Evo Consulting srl in Fano (PU), which deals mainly with business consultancy, particularly management control.

In 2016 Marta Benini began her professional career at LaBase Revisioni srl in Forlì, where she became a manager, with duties of coordination and supervision of audit and accounting staff, company valuations and appraisals. In addition to these activities, she is also a trainer on auditing issues in courses and conferences for professionals and companies. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2020 in Forlì, oriented to the profession of statutory auditor.

Laura Baiesi graduated in Management of Social Economy with a thesis on reporting in the non-profit sector. She worked for six years at Impronta Etica, where she carried out training, research and planning activities, until she took on the role of coordinating the association and overseeing programmes within the CSR Europe network, gaining knowledge and experience in the field of sustainability and corporate social responsibility. She is currently project manager at Fondazione Unipolis, where she oversees activities relating to sustainable development. At the same time, she's a contract professor at the Bologna Business School. She is also a member of the Executive Board of Legacoop Bologna.

Beatrice Casamenti lived in Luxembourg working for two years as an impact finance consultant at Innpact, a consultancy specialised in structuring impact investing and blended finance funds. Also in Luxembourg, Beatrice worked for 3 years for the European Investment Bank Group, acquiring knowledge and expertise in the field of investment funds, in particular private equity, venture capital and impact funds in Europe and emerging countries, with a particular focus on Africa. During her university studies, Beatrice did internships for the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV) in Utrecht (Netherlands) and the Fair Trade Advocacy Office (FTAO) in Brussels (Belgium). After a degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences, Beatrice completed her education in 2016, graduating with honours with a Master's degree in Management of Social Economy at the University of Bologna. Mainly through Erasmus at the University of Salamanca (Spain) and the Catholic University of Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium), Beatrice is fluent in English, French and Spanish as well as Portuguese.

Giorgia Perra is project manager at AICCON (www.aiccon.it) and coordinator of AICCON Alta Formazione and The FundRaising School (www.fundraisingschool.it).  Specialised in European projects, in addition to developing project ideas in response to European, national and local calls for proposals, she manages the funded projects in which the organisation is involved. She is also in charge of the design and didactic coordination of the training courses provided by AICCON and The FundRaising School. She supports AICCON's Research Area in the elaboration of studies and researches on issues related to social economy, entrepreneurship and social innovation. She is also Event Manager of Le Giornate di Bertinoro per l'Economia Civile (www.legiornatedibertinoro.it), one of the most important events at national level on the themes of Civil and Social Economy.  She holds a degree in Economics and Management of Cooperative Enterprises and Non-Profit Organisations (University of Bologna) and a three-year degree in Economics of International Cooperation (University of Rome La Sapienza). She has a master's degree in European planning and has attended several specialisation courses on the reporting of funded projects.

Antonella Alberti works in the youth and volunteer area of the Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale, a network of social cooperatives and voluntary organisations strongly rooted in the territory of the province of Forlì-Cesena. She is the contact person for civil service projects, for which she takes care of the whole life cycle (from project writing, selection and management/support of volunteers, training of volunteers, reporting). She is also involved in European projects aimed at people with disabilities and their support staff as well as young people and, in particular, in report writing, reporting, dissemination, mentorship. She holds a Master's degree in Social Economy Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Her main areas of interest are: planning, youth activation, social impact, social budgeting.

Cecilia Latini Corazzini is responsible for communication and fundraising at the Cittadinanza Onlus association, which works on international cooperation projects for people with disabilities or mental health problems in a context of poverty. She has been working at the association since 2016. After obtaining her Degree in Accountancy, she graduated in Business Economics at the University of Bologna (Rimini campus) and then decided to specialise in a Master's degree in Social Economy Management at the Forlì campus. In 2020, She obtained a Master's degree in Fundraising for Non-profit and Public Bodies.

Francesco Massa works in the administrative area of Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale, a consortium of social cooperatives in the Forlì-Cesena area. He is in charge of administration and management control and prepares economic and financial budgets for the consortium's member cooperatives. He is also in charge of measuring social impact and drafting social reports for the same cooperatives and social enterprises. He holds a Master's degree in Social Economy Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business. His main areas of interest are: administration and management control, economic-financial budgets, social impact, social budgeting.

Sara Bonetti is a Digital Operations Specialist at Fondazione Banco Alimentare Onlus, for which she follows Digital Transformation and Data Analysis projects. She is also the Italian representative at FEBA (European Federation of Food Banks) for the project "Quantifying the Impact of European Food Banks". Previously, she obtained a Master's Degree in Social Economics at the University of Bologna and carried out internships and dissertations abroad in non-EU countries in the fields of Development Cooperation and Microcredit.

Matteo Miglioli is a finance business analyst at The KraftHeinz Company (KHC), Continental Europe division. Previously part of the KHC Talent Young Program in Supply Planning & Operation, based in Amsterdam. He holds a Master's degree (110/L) in Economics & Management - Curriculum Food system management. Participated in the Erasmus exchange programme at Wageningen University&Research, becoming a member of the Public Relations & Design Committee of TEDxWageningen University 2019 and the university basketball team. Previously was Junior project coordinator at Fondazione Grameen Italia, where he contributed to the promotion and dissemination of the Grameen microcredit model and the definition of the Grameen Social Farm programme.

She obtained a Master's Degree in Economics and Management in 2020 from the University of Bologna - Forlì campus.

Elisa Biella has two apprenticeships behind her, one at Agroter in marketing research where she focused on data collection using the CATI technique, and one at Proel in the Import office where she learned how to manage and organise deliveries with foreign suppliers. She joined Technogym in the role of Cost Analyst at a time of change for the company, with the introduction of a new management system (ERP SAP) to be known and structured. She was inserted in the industrial world, dealing with the massive and daily calculation of the standard production cost (with control of BOMs, cycles and rates), calculation and analysis of variances of production orders and purchases. Creation of reporting for transport and warranty costs. She changed roles after two years, becoming Controller of the Digital and Content Factory area, an area in continuous evolution and expansion, subject to rapid changes and new challenges. In addition to managing projects and cost centres, she support the business with monthly reports and analyses of revenues, capex, opex and the income statement. She is also in charge of some activities preparatory to the monthly closing, of the Budget and Forecast part, of their definition in collaboration with the different areas and of their insertion in the company systems.

Frickleton Julian is Product Manager at Amazon in the European headquarters in Luxembourg, where he has been responsible since 2022 for coordinating the launches of new devices produced by the company (Echo, Kindle, FireTV, Ring and Blink) for the EMEA markets. He began his career at Amazon in Milan at the end of 2019, initially as Supply Chain Manager for Italy and Spain and then as Associate E-commerce Manager. In that period he was responsible for the online growth in five European states of some of the world's leading consumer electronics companies (Sony, Bose, B&O, National Geographic), with whom he agreed sales strategies, marketing campaigns and also supply improvements chain. His first work experience was at Expedia at the beginning of 2019, first on an internship during his master's degree and then as an employee, as a commercial contact for the hotel facilities in Veneto and Friuli.

De Simone Silvio, Master's Degree Student in Economics and Management at the School of Economics and Management, Campus of Forlì, of the University of Bologna defended his thesis on "Entrepreneurial Ecosystems: the role of university entrepreneurship support in students' career choices".
He currently works as a PR Manager in Forlì dealing with the organization of university events and is doing an internship as a Junior Business Analyst at InfoManager s.r.l. Since May 2022 he has been Management Assistant at the Innovative Wave Labs s.r.l.s. start-up in Imola, where he mainly deals with the drafting of business plans and other economic-financial documents prodromal to business development. Following the student elections in May 2022, he was elected representative in the Council of the Master's Degree Course in Economics and Management of Forlì and in the Council of the Department of Business Sciences of the University of Bologna. Active with UDU Forlì to improve the condition of the Forlì student community, De Simone Silvio was also Mentee of the Mentoring Project for the academic year 21-22.

Anthea Vigni after a degree in Art and Culture Management obtained in Milan, she moved to the Netherlands to work at the World Fair Trade Organization, a certification body in the sector of fair trade. Upon returning to Italy, he decides to specialize in Social Economy Management and joins SocialFare in 2019.He currently deals with co-design, coordination and implementation of processes and programs to support social innovation, consultancy and capacity building workshops on social innovation issues, social business models and social impact assessment for public and private organizations.

Sara Rago is a strategic consultant at Studio Romboli Srl Società Benefit (Cesena).

After her studies in the fields of Marketing and Corporate Communication and Economics and Management of Cooperative and Non-profit Organisations, for over ten years she conducted research on topics related to social economy and cooperation subjects, including organisational models for generating social innovation, finance for social enterprises, and social impact assessment. In her current role, she accompanies Third Sector organisations and for-profit companies oriented towards generating social impact, such as benefit corporations, in the development of organisational growth paths, social reporting and impact assessment. She also carries out training activities especially on the topics of social reporting and social impact assessment: in particular, she teaches the Master in "Fundraising, Communication and Management for Ecclesiastical and Religious Organisations" promoted by Studio Romboli and the Advanced Training Course "Third Sector Organisations: legal profiles, accountability and partnerships with Public Administration" promoted by the University of Bologna.

Since 2019 she has been working in Impronta Etica as a project manager carrying out training, research, and several activities. Over the years she has deepened and developed a passion for sustainability issues.

She previously worked with TechSoup Italy, an international platform that helps non-profit organisations in their digital transformation path. She holds a Master's degree (110/L) in Social Economy Management and she worked at Grameen Foundation Italy during her studies. In addition, she is the National Innovation Representative for the Italian Red Cross Youth activities.

Matteo Alteri specializes in Project Management, Service Design, and Community Engagement for Social Innovation. After an internship at Social Seed in Bologna and a freelance experience collaborating with various Italian organizations (SocialFare, WeWorld Onlus, Fondazione Cariplo, Aiccon, School Raising, Invento Innovation Lab, Shifton), he worked for approximately 3 and a half years in Milan as a social innovation designer and project manager at "Avanzi - Sostenibilità per Azioni" on projects related to social and cultural-based education, urban regeneration, and local development. Currently, he serves as the People Engagement Senior Officer at Amnesty International Italy, focusing on activist engagement and designing projects and educational interventions in defense of human rights.

After completing the Erasmus project in Slovakia and Germany, I participated in the Exchange Program with the University of Massachusetts Amherst and started my career in FMCG first as a Brand Manager at Henkel and then continuing with numerous roles at Kraft Heinz.

Matteo Crociani born in Cesena in 1995. He showed a great passion for accounting, finance and analysis since his early studies. Graduated with honours in Business Economics from the University of Bologna, Forlì campus, where he participated in the Erasmus+ program, spending 10 months at Manchester Metropolitan University. Subsequently, he decided to continue his university studies at the same campus by obtaining a Master's Degree in Economics and Management. In February 2020 he began his experience in external auditing by joining E&Y S.p.A. (Bologna office), where he first held the position of staff and after 1 and a half years, he obtained an early promotion to Senior Audit. He currently holds the position of Finance Manager in MB Mangimi S.p.A. and Tedaldi S.r.l. two subsidiary companies belonging to the Fileni Group.

My name is Gianni Galletti, I am 30 years old and I am currently working for a multinational company called Repa SPA. I achieved a bachelor's degree in Economics and commerce at the University of Bologna in 2015, then I moved to Manchester to improve my English and measure myself in a multi-cultural environment. After this experience I started a Master’s degree at the University of Bologna in “Business Administration” in Forlì which I completed with the grade of 110/110 with Honors. During this experience I also had the opportunity to do an internship in London. After this experience I started working for PwC in Milan for 3 years where I had the opportunity to follow different project on ERP implementation, organization restructuring and business development. After PwC I worked for two years at Unieuro Spa in Forlì as a business controller. Actually, I joined Repa Group SPA in May and I am currently working there since few months as a business controller.

administration and economic management, development and communication. I design strategic paths of
innovation for social enterprises and public administration. I have worked in the construction of processes
of community activation and co-design of collaborative spaces. I work
mainly with third-sector organisations and start-ups with a social vocation for which I deal with
managing mentorship paths, building service design paths, stakeholder engagement and
design of alliances of purpose, design of rituals and organisational processes to support innovation,
community management and social impact measurement.

Kristian Mancinone holds a Bachelor in Statistics, a Master in Economics and Management of Social Economy Organizations and a postgraduate master in Innovation Management. Passionate about social and civic innovations, he applies design thinking and human-centered design to social innovations co-creation processes. He has worked as a project manager on the development of regional policies and ecosystems to exploit the potential of social innovation within the Smart Specialization Strategy (S3) in Emilia-Romagna. He has been involved in Responsible Research and Innovation projects dealing with public engagement and societal impact of research and innovation ecosystems; RRI is seen as a framework to enable research and innovation centers, competencies and laboratories to work on societal challenges. He has been involved in activity related to education and training of students and researchers and in social startup development. As a researcher at the University of Bologna he published articles on topics related to Social Economy and cooperative movement development. Actually he works as a freelance on stakeholder engagement, social innovation and as a grant specialist. In ICONS holds the position of social innovation senior officer working on social engagement strategies, development of KPIs and monitoring and assessment of engagement activities in EU-funded projects.

Dr Laura Colombo is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Exeter Business School. She holds a PhD in Management Studies, is Programme Director for BSc Business and Environment and serves as an Associate Editor at the Academy of Management Learning and Education journal. Before returning to academia, she worked as a project designer, in partnership with NGOs, cooperatives, and environmentally motivated social enterprises.

She graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Bologna, Forlì Campus, with a thesis on Internal Auditing. She gained experience in auditing, first at KPMG and then at DS Advisory. She began her career at Unibo during her master's degree with various tutoring activities for DISA lecturers, as well as the Forlì Campus student services support offices and, finally, she was awarded a research grant. To date, she holds the position of Research Manager for research projects of the Interdepartmental Industrial Research Centres of the University of Bologna financed by European regional development funds.

I completed my academic career at the University of Bologna, first attending the course “Economia, mercati e istituzioni” (“Economics, markets and istitutions” L – 33) then the master’s course “Economia e commercio” (“Economics and management” LM – 77). During my studies I did some curricular internships at companies and accountants’ o/ices to improve my job skills. These experiences gave me a more concrete vision of job world. After graduation I started working at a trade association as a tax o/icer for small and medium-sized businesses and this is currently my occupation.

Lucia Princiotta is a bank employee at La Cassa di Ravenna S.p.A and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management and a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Department of Business Sciences, University of Bologna, Forlì Campus.
He currently works at La Cassa di Ravenna S.p.A. as a counter and back office banker; specifically, from customer service, offering banking and insurance products, to cash management.

‘Graduated in December 2017 from the Faculty of Business and Economics. In January 2017, I undertook a curricular internship at the auditing firm Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. in Bologna in the Audit&Assurance function. A conclusion of the curricular internship I was hired in September 2017 and since then I have been part of the network, today in the role of Manager. I have been in charge of auditing the financial statements of clients of various sizes, listed and not, such as the Hera Group, Villa Maria Group, Novomatic Group. This experience allowed me to deepen my technical knowledge in the field of national and international accounting standards, as well as to develop skills relational and teamwork management skills.’

Camilla Serlupi Crescenzi has been working for 5 years at WeWorld, one of the 10 largest NGOs in Italy. Passionate about international cooperation, human rights and social impact, today she is for WeWorld programme officer of the social and climate justice area in Italy and Europe. She is in charge of the coordination and implementation of projects and processes of awareness raising, training and advocacy on environment, rights, sustainability. After a three-year degree in economics and management and a thesis on CSR, she chose the social economy management course, also in its international perspective, joining the Overseas programme in Argentina. Before WeWorld, she did an internship with Grameen Foundation Italy and collaborated with AICCON, specialising in design and impact assessment.
