Job and academic orientation
The Mentoring program of the Department of Management of the Forlì Campus is a job and academic guidance project through the guided relationship between a senior individual already firmly established in the world of work or a Second Cycle Degree Student (Mentor) and a Junior student enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd First cycle degree CLAME (Mentee).
The Project includes 2 to 4 meetings, in person or remotely, during which, through coaching and discussion, the Mentees will receive support and orientation for their future professional choices.
Common goal
The long-term goal of this service is also to strengthen the Alumni network and create a community of professionals in permanent contact, so that each relationship within the programme provides maximum value for both people involved. The relationship between Mentor and Mentee will be managed independently by the two. Joining the programme implies signing up to the code of ethics and conduct:

Advantages for the Mentee
The Mentoring relationship offers Mentees the opportunity to interact with Alumni who are permanently employed in the world of work or University, through coaching and dialogue. The main objective is to acquire support and guidance for future academic and professional career decisions, which will be made with greater awareness. Students enrolled in the first and second year of the Master's degree programme in Department of Management DISA.
Advantages for the Mentor
The programme allows the Mentor to develop their contacts and leadership skills, keeping alive a two-way relationship with their University and the community of the students who are going to take their First-cycle degree, in a continuous and consistent way and providing prestige and visibility to their professional or academic profile. Mentors can be professionals or Second Cycle Degree students, in the upward phase of their career, namely having had a structured experience in companies or other organisations. Only former students of the Forli Campus DISA are eligible to become Mentors.
