WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE PROJECT

1. Professional visibility on the Department of Business Sciences Mentoring Project website on the Forli: Campus: https://site.unibo.it/basementclub/it/progettomentoring-1/mentores

2. Expanding one's network by getting to know other DISA Mentors, now established professionals, and Mentees, as well as the coordinators and coordinators of the DISA Master's Degrees in addition to numerous faculty involved in the project.

3. Develop their leadership and communication skills.

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF MENTORS BY THE PROJECT
1. Voluntary membership in the project implies acceptance of the University Code of Conduct

2. Each mentor on enrollment will provide the following materials:
-a Five-line curricular profile in Italian and English that must be updated periodically if there are changes/changes in the candidate's job position.
-a profile photo that will be used to create the mentor card on the Project website and for which a release for its use will be requested
-an email that will be used for all official project communications. A phone contact will also be requested -only for urgent communications- which will not be shared with mentees except by the mentor.
-will complete the following application form accepting its terms and conditions:

3. The mentor will communicate at the beginning of each academic year the number of students he/she can follow for the current year and will commit to follow them in the meetings that vary from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4/5 depending on the caseload and availability of mentor and mentee and will be online or presential.

4.
