Ugo Zaccaria-Mentor CLEC-M/CLAME

I hold a Master in Management from ESCP Europe Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management (CLEC-M) from the University of Bologna. I interned at Deloitte in Zurich, Verdier & Co. (an M&A advisory boutique), and Quadrivio Group (an Italian private equity fund) in London before
securing a full-time role at Piper Sandler, where I focused on M&A advisory and valuation. In January 2025, I joined Rothschild & Co. in the M&A division at their London offices as an Investment Banking analyst. Gaia Mainetti -Mentor CLEC-M/CLAME

Gaia Mainetti graduated with honors from the University ofBologna in July 2024. She broadened her internati onal perspecti ve through the Erasmus+ program at HauteEcole EPHEC in Belgium. Professionally, she gained experience as an Administrati ve Assistant at La BCCRavennate, Forlivese e Imolese, where she opti mized customer data analysis. Currently, she is pursuing anMSc in Fashion, Design, and Luxury Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management in Paris, where she wasawarded an Academic Excellence Scholarship and serves as class representative.

Matilde dal Bosco-Mentor CLEC-M/CLAME

Matilde Dal Bosco graduated from the University of Bologna in July 2022. She then moved to Portugal to pursue a Master’s in International Management, specializing in Marketing, while also completing a Double Degree focused on Strategy at Aston University in the UK. Between her Master’s programs, she interned at Visa, gaining hands-on experience in business development within the payments industry. Upon completing her studies, she joined Amazon's marketing team in Paris, where she contributed to international projects. Currently, she is based in Barcelona, working as an Account Manager at Gartner, managing clients across Italy, Malta, and Switzerland. Contact: dalboscomatilde@gmail.com

Thiago Bauermann-MENTOR CLEC-M/CLAME 

Thiago Bauermann, currently supervisor of Debts and Cash Management on the Financial Team of Mottu, hold his Bachelor's Degree in Law from Centro Universitário de Brasília (Brazil, 2021) and recently completed his second Bachelor's in Economics and Business with a focus on Management at Università di Bologna Forli Campus (Italy, 2024). He also obtained an advanced degree (MBA) in Digital Business at Universidade de São Paulo (USP, Brazil, 2024).

Luca Baldoni-Mentor CLEC-M/CLAME

Luca Baldoni, graduated from the University of Bologna in 2022, then moved to Lisbon to pursue a Master’s in Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Católica Lisbon SBE. During his studies, he interned in the Innovation and Sustainability department at University of Bologna, supported a Portuguese tourism startup in expanding its operations into the Italian market, and managed two operational programs at the European level within Amazon’s headquarters in Luxembourg. Throughout his academic journey, Luca lived in Barcelona, Lisbon, Rotterdam, and Luxembourg and now works as a Brand Specialist at Amazon in Madrid, where he assists companies in selling on Amazon. Paci Tiziano-Mentor CLEC-M/CLAME 

Paci Tiziano firstly graduated cum laude at University of Bologna-Forlì Campus after attending the CLEC-M program (July 2020) and then moved to Bocconi University Milan, were he successfully defended his Master Thesis and graduated (April 2023) in the “Data Science & Business Analytics” program. During his Master studies, he also had the opportunity to perform a curricular internship in Bain & Company –where he still works- after two and a half year from official hiring date, back in September 2022. Eugenio Cervellati-MENTOR CLEC-M/CLAME 

Eugenio graduated from the University of Bologna in March 2020. He then pursued a Master in Management specializing in Investment Banking at ESCP Business School, studying across Paris, Madrid, and Turin. During his studies, he worked at leading investment banks and private equity firms across Europe, including Arkios, Orienta Capital Partners, BNP Paribas, Secondary Capital, and Morgan Stanley. At Morgan Stanley in London, he participated in significant multi-billion transactions like the $35 billion spin-off of a U.S. industrials conglomerate. Anri Shuaipi -MENTOR CLEC-M/CLAME 

Anri's academic career started from the University of Bologna (CLEC-M, July’20) and finished in the Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology in Bocconi University(April’23), after a short parenthesis in the Data Science and Forecasting Department of theHEC de Lausanne. Anri then moved to Amazon as a Brand Specialist, a two year experience in Milan where he helped the consumables team transition from "everything store" to "everydaystore", winning a door desk award from the EU VP. Barbarossa Alessandra- Mentor CLEC-M/CLAME

I am CRM Expert at Nu Skin in Brussels, where I oversee digital campaigns and CRM operations for the Europe and Africa markets. After earning a Bachelor’s
degree in CLEC-M in 2022, I pursued a MSc in Marketing Management at EDHEC Business School in Lille, graduating in 2023. My CRM journey began with a summer internship at CHANEL, for the Benelux Fragrance & Beauty Division. I then worked as a Junior Project Analyst at Intys Consulting, undertaking CRM and Project Management projects in the automotive and pharmaceutical sectors. In 2023, I returned to CHANEL as CRM Coordinator before transitioning to my current role at Nu Skin. I thrive in dynamic, multilingual environments, always with an open-minded and enthusiastic approach. Margotti Elisa-Mentor CLEC-M/CLAME

Elisa Margotti graduated from Economics and Business in 2023. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Management at Bocconi University in Milan, and she did an Erasmus exchange at Aalto Business School in Finland, focusing on supply chain and consulting practices. Siboni Luca- Mentor CLEC-M/CLAME

Corporate finance professional with +3 years of experience in deal advisory, debt advisory and financial planning. After graduating from CLEC-M in 2020, I attended an MSc in Finance at Trinity College Dublin. After finishing my studies in 2021, I moved back to Italy and started working in Milan for Ways Advisory (corporate finance boutique) with a focus on deal & debt advisory, working with distressed and in bonis companies. In September 2024 I moved to Munich and started working in the Financial Planning & Analysis team of Roadsurfer GmbH, a global leader in the on-the-road travel industry.

Simone Livi -Mentor CLEC-M/CLAME

I graduated cum laude from the CLEC-M program in Economics and Business at the University of Bologna in 2023. I am now pursuing a Master in Management at ESCP Business School, specializing in Investment Banking and Finance, with a strong focus on M&A, and currently completing a spring exchange semester at Boston College to deepen my expertise in finance. During my time at Alchimia Investments, I gained hands-on experience in venture capital and private equity, analyzing deals totaling €30 million and preparing financial models to support strategic decisions. My specializations and work experience have also allowed me to develop a solid foundation in M&A processes, from valuation to deal structuring. As an active member of the ESCP Finance Society’s M&A division, I collaborate with peers across Europe to deliver market insights and organize networking events.
