This RItrainPlus course is designed for bachelor students but is also available to master and PhD students and early career researchers and technicians. The programme will provide you the skills needed to manage communication within an interdisciplinary research group.
The RItrainPlus project invites PhD students, early career researchers and technicians to its SS2. The course aims to provide students with a basic understanding of how to communicate their research to different target groups, why this is necessary for good scientific practice and what can be done to achieve this. The course will introduce students to different forms of text suited for different types of science communication and provide them with an idea on what to take into account when writing materials for different purposes. Furthermore, it will introduce students to different tools and resources that are available to host their content in a persistent way and what different offerings like dedicated homepages, different content repositories and editable hubs for their research exist and provide them with the knowledge to select the correct tools for their demands.
RItrainPlus offers to master, but also PhD students and early career researchers and technicians this new programme which will address questions like what an invention is and understanding how to exploit and valorise entrepreneurship to innovate and increase the impact on the RI or CF on society. Furthermore, the pathways and the elements to constitute successful and sustainable relationships between industry and the facilities will be elucidated, understanding how to overcome the major barriers leveraging on the added value for a successful engagement
RItrainPlus offers a new training opportunity to bachelor and master students, PhD students and early career researchers and technicians. Through theoretical lessons and hands-on activities, the course will provide an overview of the ethical, legal and social implications in research-performing organizations and research infrastructures. The course will be held in person in Trento (Italy). 25/3/24 - 13/5/24
The programme will provide you the skills needed to manage the data from a research project, taking into account also the need to define and to implement the data policies of an institution.
The programme will introduce you to the role of European Research Infrastructure (RI) in the European Research Area offering insights into a new field of employment as Operator or Manager of RI.
