The Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction is a tool that measures the user’s subjective rating of the human-computer interface. The original questionnaire consisted of 90 items which have been later reviewed and modified. The QUIS contains a measure of overall system satisfaction along six sub-scales and measures of four specific interface factors (screen factors, terminology and system feedback, learning factors, and system capabilities). Each area measures the overall satisfaction on a 9-point scale.
