The Operating Room Management Attitudes Questionnaire (ORMAQ) measures attitudes to leadership, communication, teamwork, stress and fatigue, work values, and organizational climate. It's divided into 4 section: operating theatre management attitudes, teamwork, error in medicine, leadership and prioritising. Each section presents some items evalueted with Likert scales.
