Experimental field area in Ozzano dell'Emilia (Bologna)
21 June 2023, Villacaccia di Lestizza (Udine) - AIAB Friuli Venezia Giulia, in collaboration with UNIBO, organized a demo-day to discuss about intercropping systems and oil crops within the activities related to the research project "SCOOP". The meeting, represented an opportunity to compare local experiences with current market scenarios and involved many representatives of the agricultural sector, researchers and operators of the production chain. The University of Bologna in cooperation with AIAB organised a "demo field day" at the experimental farm in Ozzano on 27 May 2022. The participants involved were mostly farmers, but students also attended. Before starting the visit to the experimental fields, the project was explained to the participants by presenting the partners involved describing the different activities and the objectives. Afterwards, the agronomic trials were shown by interacting with the participants and trying to obtain an exchange of information on both sides.
