The "SCOOP" consortium is built to cover a wide range of organic farming systems in various European pedo-climates, including partners from Poland (Continental), Bulgaria (Pannonian), Italy (Mediterranean north), and Turkey (Mediterranean south/Anatolian). This will permit not only to test the suitability of the proposed intercropping systems with camelina across different climates, but also to tailor ad hoc local solutions including underutilized crops high suitable for specific conditions.
