OPEN_MASK_LAB is a dissemination project funded by the EUROPEAN OPEN SCIENCE CLOUD (EOSC) under the Fast track Process for Covid 19 Co-creation Budget.
EOSCsecretariat.eu has received funding from the European Union's Horizon Programme call H2020-INFRAEOSC-05-2018-2019, grant Agreement number 831644.
The project is led by Prof. Maria Grazia De Angelis and Matteo Minelli of DICAM Department at the University of Bologna.
The aim of the project is to disseminate knowledge the knowledge gained by the group about sampling test methodologies for protective masks through the set-up of a virtual open lab which collects and spreads information about the different standard tests required for different type of protective masks,
The testing facilities are based at the MEMLAB in the Civil, Chemical, Environmental and Materials Engineering Department, and others in a sterile room at the University Hospital “Sant’Orsola” in Bologna.
