RETHINKING ENVIRONMENT AND LAW IN AFRICA – A LUMEN READER
A new deliverable of the PRIN LUMEN project, developed by the University of Florence unit under the guidance of Professor Veronica Federico. The volume provides a reasoned mapping of the main research strands on environmental rights, litigation, and African eco-legal thought, with particular attention to the role of ubuntu. Also conceived as a teaching resource, the reader offers an accessible and structured tool for the study of environmental law from a comparative and decolonial perspective.
