Energy and sustainable development
The IT software ViVACE, offered by Turtle, allows the assessment of the environmental, social, and economic sustainability of companies starting from the data that companies already have and/or through additional instruments to acquire them, intending to quantify several indicators to support and guide the decision-making process of managers and entrepreneurs. These indicators, aggregated at a pyramid level, cover 4 fundamental categories for each of the pillars of sustainability: for the environmental part they are energy, water, waste, and transport; for the social part they are governance, workers, suppliers, and customers, and finally, for the economic part they are margins, sustainable assets, the profitability of investments and financial leverage. This set of indicators, expandable towards the operational level according to the management needs of products and processes, are aggregated towards the strategic level to obtain a corporate sustainability score with which internal and external targets can be compared. These data, information, and KPIs support, systematized in ViVACE, also support the pre-compilation of certifications and sustainability assessment systems.
