The Company’s main purpose is the research, development, production, and commercialization of innovative products and services with high technological value in Italy and abroad, including through the use of patents. Specifically, the activities carried out include:

• Characterization of microbiota (communities of microorganisms) in the human, veterinary, and high-quality food production fields, using Next Generation Sequencing approaches for their taxonomic profiling.
• Reporting on the status of these microbial communities, including the identification of dysbiosis or healthy states, also through the application of the patented Universal Reporting method (patent application no. 102024000020053).
• Delivery of the resulting report to the sector professional or private client.
• Research, characterization, and production of bioinoculants, biopromoters, and bioactive molecules of biological origin.

Products and/or services

Analysis, characterization, and reporting of the microbiota in both human and animal fields.
Specifically, in the human field, four products are offered, each referring to a different body district:

• Microbiome Analytics Gut Test (Test for the analysis of the human gut microbiota)
• Microbiome Analytics Vaginal Test (Test for the analysis of the human vaginal microbiota)
• Microbiome Analytics Uro Test (Test for the analysis of the human urinary microbiota)
• Microbiome Analytics Oral Test (Test for the analysis of the human oral microbiota)

In the veterinary field, two products are offered for two different species:

• Microbiome Analytics Dog Gut Test (Test for the analysis of the canine gut microbiota)
• Microbiome Analytics Cat Gut Test (Test for the analysis of the feline gut microbiota)

In addition, the company provides sequencing services using Next Generation Sequencing techniques (DNA metabarcoding, Shotgun Metagenomics, and RT-PCR), subsequent data analysis both for research industry purpose, as well as characterization and production of biological bioinoculants, sequencing services, and subsequent data analysis.
