GCSM 2025 - Global Conference on Sustainable Manufacturing
This year, Bologna hosted the 21st Global Conference on Sustainable Manufacturing, where members of the Food Supply Chain Center team took part.
- Beatrice Lupi, Research Fellow, presented a study carried out in collaboration with industry partners, focusing on a comparative environmental analysis of reusable packaging alternatives for fruit & vegetables.
- Giorgia Bartolotti, Ph.D. student, showcased results from the European research project R3PACK, presenting a logistics analysis of the closed-loop primary packaging supply chain in a case study involving three European countries.
