On Friday, April 11, 2025, water and sediment sampling activities were carried out as part of the LIFE NatuReef project. These samples will be used to analyze physicochemical parameters in the targeted area, in combination with molecular analyses of the composition of the local eukaryotic community prior to the installation of the biogenic reef. The activity involved the project coordinator, Prof. Massimo Ponti, Eva Turicchia, Martina Franchini, and Alessandro Piazza.
