The UNITE project is managed and performed by three teams working in conjunction, to ensure that the project activities in their entirety are carried out efficiently and proceed at a steady pace. It is to be noted that all units cooperate and carry out the planned phases independently, nevertheless, following the same best practices to ensure that data are reliable. Each activity carried out by the team is structured into sub-activities and headed by a research unit that coordinates it, based on its specific expertise.
