The Una Europa Staff Training Week is a format of face-to-face meetings between professionals from different Una Europa Universities working in the same administrative areas. The Staff Week will take place at least once a year and will focus on two areas of work, namely
Diversity and inclusion,
Digital Education,
Student affairs
Library Services
Alumni Services,
International Offices,
Research Support,
Communications,
Marketing and Recruitment,
and many others!
The Staff Training Week is hosted and organised by a different partner each year, with the aim of involving staff from all Una Europa partners. Una Europa Staff Training Weeks will lead to the creation of professional networks covering many core aspects of university administration.Physical and virtual workspaces will be combined to jointly develop the Staff Training Week programme and to follow up and stay in touch afterwards.
