Una Europa Staff Week 2024

The Una Europa Staff Week 2024, titled "Embracing AI for Professional Development", is a targeted initiative aimed at professional staff from Una Europa Universities. The main objective is to empower staff members by enhancing their understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within higher education institutions. Through a series of workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities, participants will gain practical knowledge about AI advancements. Key components include introductions to the Una Europa Alliance and AI, best practice sharing sessions, practical workshops, networking activities, cultural events, and language immersion sessions.

Main Objectives:

• Empowerment of staff through AI understanding.
• Promotion of intercultural exchange and international mobility.
• Enhancement of work management skills through AI utilization.
• Creation of space for AI-based tool usage practice.
• Interaction with other professionals from Una Europa partner universities.
• Deepening of knowledge about Polish culture and language.

Primary Audience:

• Professional Staff from Una Europa Partner Universities: each partner university will nominate up to 3 participants.
• Professional Staff from Ukraine (The Una4UA project team will be in charge of promotion and selection of participants from Ukraine).

Timeline:

• May 13th - June 3rd: Participants registration.
• June 4th - June 25th: Selection of participants by Una Europa universities.
• End of June: Results are communicated to selected participants.
• October 21st - October 25th: Programme delivery at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.

• Professional staff from the Una Europa universities
• English Level Requirement: B2 or higher
