Laboratory of Atomic Force Microscopy - University of Bologna

For the experimental challenges, we will have access to three AFM setups with the same operation software to facilitate your work.

Provided infrastructures:

(i) 3 x AFM setups based on Park NX10 or NX12 containing a large variety of imaging modes.

(ii) Laboratory space for sample preparation and complementary optical imaging techniques

(iii) Computer infrastructure for data elaboration

 

Virtual Learning Environment

An online plattform will be provided with rich content to learn about AFM and to assess your knowledge and skills.
