Service satisfaction surveys

The Service for Students with Disabilities and SLD pursues the continuous improvement of services rendered to students. With this in mind, it carries out periodic surveys (normally every two years) to find out the opinions of students with disabilities and SLD regarding the services provided to them.

Attached are the questionnaires that were administered to students in January 2019, December 2021 and again in January and February 2022, with the related results.

In addition to contributing their opinions through these regular surveys, students with disabilities and SLD may email their proposals for improvement, observations or suggestions to
