The LIFE NatuReef project proudly announces its Call for Interest to collaborate on replicating and exploiting innovative nature-based solutions (NBS).

The LIFE NatuReef project has launched a Call for Interest, inviting all administrations and agencies managing coastal areas with natural features similar to those in our project and facing shared challenges. The goal is to replicate and leverage the project’s results in new contexts.

What does the replication strategy involve

  • Identifying interested entities and administrations.
  • Providing guidelines and tools for implementing LIFE NatuReef results.
  • Offering free support to adapt the project actions to the specific needs of new sites.
  • Establishing a BIOGENICREEF committee to exchange experiences and knowledge.

 

Who can participate

All administrations and agencies managing natural coastal areas threatened by:

  • Subsidence
  • Coastal erosion
  • Flooding
  • Habitat and biodiversity loss

 

How to participate

The Call is open starting from 2nd December 2024.
