The Council has approved the technical and economic feasibility project for constructing a submerged reef to safeguard the coast from marine erosion near the mouth of the Bevano Stream. This initiative, funded by the EU under the Life 2021-2027 program, has received financing totaling €651,216.00

We're thrilled to announce that the Council has given the green light to the technical-economic feasibility project to construct our reef initiative. This significant milestone marks a crucial step forward in our mission to protect the coastal areas near the Bevano stream.
Under the 2024 investment plan, the total financial commitment for the reef construction amounts to €1 million. Notably, the municipal administration is contributing €363,544, with an additional €637,456 financed by the Life NaturReef project. This collaborative effort underscores our dedication to sustainable coastal preservation and the importance of collective action in addressing environmental challenges.
