SECRETARY ACTIVITIES

In compliance with the security measures to contain the spread of SARS-CoV-2 and in order to protect the health of all students and teachers, the smart working remains the ordinary way of carrying out the work performance for our secretarial staff.

Therefore, the activities continue in remote mode, with limited weekly presence (twice a week) of the staff at the offices.

Communications with the staff are always possible using the contact details indicated on the contact page. We remind the kind users that the student office answers the phone only on opening days and hours:

TUESDAY, THURSDAY and FRIDAY from 9.00 to 14.00

TEACHING ACTIVITY

To guarantee our services despite the difficulties, the Institute started its courses online starting from the week of March 9, 2020. The Management, the Faculty and the Secretariat therefore immediately committed to reschedule and reorganize all courses as quickly as possible while continuing to guarantee the necessary services and support to all students.

In order to continue to guarantee the safety of all, the online teaching method is also confirmed for the new courses, started from February 2021.

All courses will be delivered through the ZOOM platform, the most suitable for our purposes.

All Chinese Proficiency tests, organized by the Institute, HSK and HSKK exams, for the April and June 2021 sessions, will also take place remotely in HomeEdition mode.

The Confucius Institute of the University of Bologna immediately made a commitment to tackle the difficult situation. The teachers were present and took steps to better prepare a lesson which, despite the problems of non-face-to-face teaching, the students could be satisfied.

Other activities will resume soon, in online mode, so ... Stay tuned and safe!
