The HPC infrastructure and S3 geodistributed storage platform for Precision Medicine is an on-premises high-performance computing (HPC) and S3 geodistributed data storage infrastructure operated by the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Information Engineering “Guglielmo Marconi” (DEI) of the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna.
The infrastructure supports research and training activities in Precision Medicine, providing secure and controlled access to computational and storage resources for data-intensive scientific workflows.
The platform has been developed within the framework of the PNRR PE6 – HEAL ITALIA project - https://www.healitalia.eu/
Access to the service is granted on a project basis to authorized users, in accordance with University policies on information security, data protection and acceptable use.
