Nano-ImmunoEra
It is a research and innovation staff exchange network aiming at the development of innovative biosensors and diagnostic tools for the detection of clinically relevant antibodies. Its aim is the deliver of innovative solutions that will improve the lives of patients, reduce the cost of healthcare and position Europe as a leader in biomedical devices.
Our group is involved in the electrochemical and electrochemiluminescence investigation of the CRISP based biosensors.
ECLclipse
Our group is involved in an European project whose aim is the development of portable devices with a level of sensitivity equal or higher than that of molecular PCS swabs and with much faster results, portable and simple to use devices and equipment even by a non- expert. ECLIPSE is expected to become a game-changer in European countries, where it could be a cornerstone for fast testing and reliable tracking of infections, and in developing countries that will benefit from a cheap and simple approach to detect the many infectious diseases that affect millions of people every year.
