Arianna Tassinari, Associate Professor of Economic and Labour Sociology at the University of Bologna and member of the EUFutures Steering Committee, introduces her research focus within the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence.

In her presentation, Prof. Tassinari outlines her research on how European growth models, employment relations, and labor market policies are reshaped in response to structural challenges, including geoeconomic shocks, inflation, technological change, and the climate transition. She emphasizes how the involvement of trade unions, employers' organizations, and civil society can contribute to crafting more inclusive and sustainable growth strategies.

Within the EU Futures project, alongside her research and teaching contributions, she is also in charge of leading the dissemination strategy (WP5), aimed at sharing insights and knowledge with stakeholders, policymakers, and civil society.
