Marco Albertini is Full Professor in Economic Sociology in the Department of Social and Political Science at the University of Bologna.
Within EUFutures, he will contribute to research in WP2 leveraging his expertise on the challenges of the demographic transition/population ageing and on the use of quantitative methods for cross-country analyses of policies in the EU.

Gianfranco Baldini is Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Bologna.
Within EUFutures,he will contribute to research on WP2, leveraging his expertise on the Brexit crisis and its consequences for Europe; participate in the policy development labs (WP4) thanks to his expertise on the relationship between local and regional government and the EU.

Elena Baracani is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Bologna.
Within EUFutures, she will contribute to research in WP2 and WP3, leveraging to the organisation of seminars in WP3 leveraging her expertise on the external / geopolitical dimension of EU policy challenges in comparative perspective.

Mattia Casula is currently an Assistant Professor in Political Science and Public Administration (Tenure Track) at the University of Bologna.
Within EUFutures, he will leverage his extensive public policy expertise contributing to research, organisation of lectures and drafting of policy recommendations in WP3; and to the development of the preparatory materials, design, delivery and outputs of the co-production workshops in WP4.

Sonia Lucarelli is Professor of Political Science at the University of Bologna, member of the Board of Directors of the Forum on the Problems of Peace and War and of the Institute of International Affairs.
Within EUFutures, she will contribute to background research in WP2 leveraging her expertise on the challenges posed by migration; and to dissemination publications in WP5.

Nicola Maggini is a Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Political Science at the Department of Political and Social Sciences, University of Bologna, where he is a member of the research centre CONNECTTransnational Connections and Global Governance.
Within EUFutures, he will contribute to research in WP3, focusing on aspects relating to the public opinion foundations of successful growth strategies; and to the design, delivery and analysis of the feedback survey for participants in WP4.

Francesco Niccolò Moro is a Professor of Political Science and serves as Head of Department in the Department of Political and Social Sciences (SPS) of the University of Bologna (UNIBO). He is also an Adjunct Professor of International Relations at the School of Advanced International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University (Europe Campus).
Within EUFutures, he will contribute to research in WP2 focusing on the role of geopolitics and security threats on shaping EU growth strategies; and to the final policy dialogue event in WP5.

Lucia Quaglia (PhD, MA, University of Sussex) is Professor of Political Science at the University of Bologna (since 2017).
Within EUFutures, she will deliver one of the four yearly teaching modules as part of her course “Politics and Policy in the EU”; contribute to the research activities in WP2 and to the organisation of the public lecture series in WP2.

Sabrina Ragone is an associate professor of Comparative Law at the University of Bologna (since 2017). Currently, she is a Fernand Braudel Fellow at the Department of Law of the European University Institute, in Florence.
Within EUFutures, she will contribute with her past experience of managing Jean Monnet actions to the organisation of the public lectures series in WP2 and WP3 of the co-production labs of WP4 and of the final high-level policy dialogue event (WP5).

Roberto Rizza is a Professor of Sociology of Economic and Labor Processes at the University of Bologna, specializing in labor market policies, social inclusion, and policy implementation.
Within EUFutures, he will contribute to the organization of lectures in WP2 and WP3, leveraging his role as coordinator of the Department’s Doctoral Programme, and to the final highlevel policy dialogue event (WP5), contributing his decades of expertise in organizing event with policymakers and societal stakeholders in the Bologna region.

Angela Romano is Senior Assistant Professor in History of International Relations, specializing in European integration and cooperation processes, regional organizations, and transnational political and economic relations.
Within EU Futures, she will contribute to the organisation of the public lecture series in WP2 drawing on her historical approach to analyzing EU policy-making; facilitate access to networks of national and EU-level policy makers to involve in EUFutures initiatives in WP4, leveraging her abovementioned extrainstitutional roles.
