The research project activities are structured in three main phases:
A) Phase of theoretical study and technological setting-up
B) Exploratory research phase - Validation of the IFA indicator system through:
C) Evaluation research phase - Implementation of the pilot course aimed at UniBO teachers and evaluation of the effectiveness of the video-based training model proposed through a one-group pre-/post-test design (initial and final assessment to measure the learning outcomes of the course in terms of changes in the beliefs, knowledge and skills of the participating university teachers).
