From Cosmic Inflation to Present Time: Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Cosmology* (*But Were Afraid to Ask)

In this talk, I will present recent developments about the way one can understand the possible connection between the Inflationary era and the post-inflationary Universe. I will in particular insist on the way Beyond the Standard Model theories of particle physics can affect the early Universe, alter the predictions from cosmic inflation, and as a consequence be constrained via primordial cosmology observables rather than collider physics or laboratory-based experiments.
