Moduli Stabilisation and Statistics of Low Energy Physics in String Landscape

In this talk I will discuss about the statistical approach for low energy physics in type IIB string landscape. I will focus on two models for moduli stabilisation, KKLT and LVS. I will also comment about an explicit construction of KKLT vacua, namely perturbatively flat vacua, and how it fits in the landscape.
