Michele Monaci

 

Biography

 

Michele Monaci is Professor of Operations Research at the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Information Engineering of the University of Bologna. He is interested in the design and

analysis of models and algorithms for Combinatorial Optimization problems, with a particular emphasis to problems arising in real-world applications.

He is author of more than 80 scientific publications appeared in international journals and conference proceedings. He is in the board of the EURO working group on Cutting and Packing (ESICUP).
