About - MultiLingualGender

The MultiLingualGender project will establish an interdisciplinary and multilingual line of study aimed at exploring and expanding our understanding of the complex relationships between the morphosyntactic aspects of grammatical gender in Romance languages, the associated representations of sex and gender, the psycholinguistic processing of gender, the construction and circulation of meanings related to gender identities, and the variation in language use across different speaker communities.
