NO single-use Plastic MANIFESTO

The complexity of the climate and environmental crisis outlined by the international scientific community requires actions capable of rapidly and consistently reducing the pressure on natural systems and the pollution that consumption brings with it.

As third part of the MEDfreeSUP project, ANCI Emilia-Romagna has developed the #NoSingleUse Manifesto to stimulate throwaway reduction strategies and consolidate reuse models. It is available to Municipalities and Unions interested in subscribing to the 5 general principles for involving families and businesses in a co-planned path towards a new future.

WHO CAN JOIN
Municipalities / Unions of Municipalities also outside Emilia-Romagna Region.
Other subjects (associations, groups, companies, other institutional subjects) who share its principles and contents.

HOW TO JOIN
A formal act of membership is required, namely:

• Municipalities and Unions: a model resolution is available for approval by the Council, which recalls the main elements of the context at an international, European, national and regional level.
• Other subjects: indicate the modalities with which one joined.
