Applications are now open for the twelfth edition of the Summer School on the Methodology of Legal Comparison at the University of Bologna, which coordinates the LUMEN project.
The Summer School will take place in Bologna and in a hybrid format from June 16 to 20, 2025, in Spanish. Silvia Bagni, coordinator of the LUMEN project, and Giorgia Pavani, a member of the University of Bologna Research Unit, are part of the teaching body of the course.
This is the first course entirely dedicated to the methodology of legal comparison, a field of interest for all professional careers targeted by this educational initiative. The course is designed for legal professionals, PhD or master's students, and professionals from the public, private, and non-profit sectors, covering all areas of public and social policy.
