LAIC - Chinese for Business - Winter School

In the last thirty years Chinese law and the language expressing it have taken on an increasingly central role in the legal and economic world. Law in Chinese - LAIC, in cooperation with the Confucius Institute of the University of Bologna and the Inter-University Centre for Comparative Law, organizes a Winter School on Legal and Business Chinese.


Law in Chinese project organizes, in cooperation with the Confucius Institute of the University of Bologna, a winter school on “Chinese for Business”. The winter school is designed to give a practical overview of the main features of Chinese law for business.
The course is structured in 6 days of intensive learning and designed to enhance participant’s English and Chinese communication skills in the business law field. Case studies with legal professionals and entrepre- neurs will also be presented.

Addressed to

Students in law, political science and economics and students in Chinese language; Practicing lawyers; Trainee lawyers; Academic lawyers with an interest in comparative law.
