The website of the project Law in Chinese, coordinated by our Director, Professor Marina Timoteo, is about to be launched.
Within this project, we invite you to attend the workshop “EU-China Comprehensive Agreement on Investment” that will take place on March 17th.
The Agreement is the result of a long round of negotiations, started in 2013, which has undergone important steps, particularly in the last two years and which has found a first point of arrival in the current complex situation.
While work on the definition of the investment regime in the light of the agreement continues, we want to start discussing this document that Ursula von der Leyen has defined as “a milestone in relations with China”. On March 17 we will have a first appointment which will be followed by other meetings, of which we will give you appropriate news.
