Notifications under Art. 117 EPPO Regulation

According to Art. 117 EPPO Regulation each Member State shall notify the European Chief Prosecutor, the Council and the Commission about:

• the authorities that are competent for the purposes of implementing the Regulation;
• an extensive list of the national substantive criminal law provisions that apply to the offences defined in Directive (EU) 2017/1371 and any other relevant national law;

And the EPPO about:

• limitation to the application of points (e) and (f) of Article 30(1) to specific serious offences
