Secondments

Who can participate

Member of the Consortium of the CaLIGOLA project can perform a secondment within the project scope if his/her position satisfies the following rules of participation to a secondment:

  • he/she has been a member of the research and innovation team of the sending institution for at least a month;
  • the secondment starting from an EU academic institution is of intersectorial (academic/non academic) or of interdisciplinary nature.

How to apply

The EU academic researcher can apply for a secondment presenting the following documentation:

  • application form, to commit himself to fulfill all the obligation of the project;
  • short CV and planned research activity;
  • invitation of the host;
  • evidence that he has a health insurance;
  • the internal travel forms (as decided and required by his institution, please contact the competent administrative office).

The documents necessary to start a secondment from a home institution towards an institution of our network must be signed by the home institution Principal Investigator (PI):

All documents signed must also be sent in a zip file to the PI of the home institution as name_lastname_date.zip
