Carolina Gerli

Carolina Gerli is a PhD candidate at the University of Bologna. She holds a MSc in Economics and Management of the Public Sector at Bocconi University. She conducts research on the relationship between public digital transformation and corruption.

Okana Huss has been part of the BIT-ACT research team as a post-doctoral fellow from March 2020 to August 2023, researching grassroots anti-corruption initiatives in Estonia and Ukraine.

Ester Sigillò has been part of the BIT-ACT research team as a post-doctoral fellow from Septemebr 2020 to December 2022, researching grassroots anti-corruption initiatives in at the transnational level and in the MENA region.
