The BIT-ACT principal investigator Alice Mattoni and the postdoctoral researcher Fernanda Odilla will present their current research at the 16th Organization Studies Workshop - Dialogic organizing: Affirming public engagement for hope and solidarity. The event will be held on 19-21 May 2022 in Chania, Greece.

In the paper entitled "Fighting corruption with civic innovation: material and symbolic challenges of organizing data-enabled activism", Mattoni and Odilla assess the process of creation and transformation of data-enabled activism against corruption by focusing on endogenous features, considering forms of participation and decision-making processes of both human and non-human actors.
