RESULTS

As far as possible, the ‘ATC Evo’ aims at countering this risk. As long-term impacts, in fact, it permits to:

  1. establish, maybe for the first time in Serbia, an integrated/multilevel durable ‘teaching capability’ able to provide present-day competences in vehicle & vehicles’ parts design
  2. strengthen the competences of teaching staff, both from University and Secondary school, respect to key enabling technologies (KETs), essential for a modern vision of industrial development
  3. enhance the skills of students, as 'workers of tomorrow', by modern industrial-oriented curricula
  4. focus the attention to light vehicles (e.g. safe city cars) & sustainable mobility (e.g. energy efficiency), also in response to the rapid changes in ‘feelings’ that are happening everywhere all over the world, both at the level of society or industry.

Specific results refer to:

-        dealing with modern design criteria and process techniques in cars design & manufacturing

-        consolidating an exclusive not yet existing know-how

-        becoming a reference point on the territory with respect to further actions

-        acting as trainers into academic courses for students’ benefit

-        acting as specialists respect to any potential (institutional or private) stakeholders and policy makers

-        strengthening the attention on environmental sustainability and circular economy

-        modernization of didactical programmes and modules in project partners

-        development of new didactic materials including up-to-date topics

-        activating new short/long-term collaborations between institutions

-        strict knowledge transfer between Institutions by Secondments/Internships

-        technical competences achieved thanks to on-the-job learning

-        proposing a modern vision on the usability of new technologies as detected by study visits to leading industrial companies

-        autonomously designing and developing advanced industrially oriented solutions

-        submitting scientific papers on journals/conferences.
