ACTIVITIES AND WORKPLAN

ATC Evo aims to quickly transfer new skills to teachers coming from universities or high schools in the way they can transfer them to their students.

 

Project has duration of 21 months

March 2021 - November2022

 

Workplan is based on two distinct stages; Training-to-Trainers (ToT) and their involvement in teaching a significant number of students. 

Phase 1 – Passive/Receiving Learning - [months: 1-9, lead: U. Bologna]

  • invited lectures by EU staff in RS
  • discussion groups during workshops (organized/participated) in RS

 

Phase 2 – Active/Participated Learning - [month: 4-12, lead: U. Rijeka]

  • coaching RS staff by EU experts (‘secondments’)
  • study visits inside EU labs and enterprises

 

Phase 3 - Learning-By-Doing - [months: 13-18, lead: U. Bologna]

  • on-the-job training by design & production of technological demonstrators (short) internships in EU for RS staff

 

Phase 4 – Learning-By-Teaching - [months: 13-21, lead: PSK]

  • teaching activity respect to modified/modernized didactical programs
  • ‘call for ideas’ between students for the best innovation
  • mentoring students during students’ definition of their proposals
  • public & shared discussion for the election of best (engineerable) proposals
  •  tutoring during technical proposals optimisation & prototyping (including on-the-job training)
