I International Congress on Constitution and Democracy in Latin America

The First International Congress on Constitution and Democracy in Latin America, titled "Crisis del constitucionalismo en América Latina. Una mirada desde Europa", will bring together international experts to discuss the current challenges of constitutionalism in the region.

From March 14, 2025, the call is open for those who wish to participate as speakers, with the deadline for submitting proposals set for May 16, 2025.

The scientific committee includes Silvia Bagni, coordinator of the LUMEN project and member of the Center for Latin American Studies at UNIBO, along with Giorgia Pavani, member of UNIBO’s research unit. Prof. Ragone from UNIBO will present a paper on "Las crisis de las relaciones entre sistemas de protección de derechos en el constitucionalismo latinoamericano".
