For the first time, the University of Bologna and Sciences Po – École de Droit launch a joint programme between Bologna and Paris dedicated to legal comparison.
Organised by the Centre for Latin American Studies, the course explores comparative legal methods, models of rights protection, and their circulation across national and supranational systems. It is aimed at legal professionals, PhD candidates, master’s students, and practitioners in public, private, and non-profit sectors.
