Project Description

SMART-ER! promotes territorial resilience, in particular in the face of hydrogeological risk: through a multidisciplinary approach that puts the law in dialogue with other knowledges, it aims at fostering the development of effective forms of governance of calamitous events impacting on the river ecosystems areas of the Emilia-Romagna Region and of a solid resilience culture in civil society.

SMART-ER! is conceived as a pilot project. The actions envisaged, as well as declining through activities with a high level of replicability, are designed to involve representative groups of civil society and will be developed in Bologna and in the Romagna campuses.
