A group workshop designed to offer students the opportunity to better understand their relational abilities by exploring topics related to emotional and sexual wellbeing.

A four-session programme aimed at exploring different aspects of emotional relationships—ranging from universal experiences to more personal ones—through group-based educational and experiential activities.

Emotional and Sexual Wellbeing | 7 May 2025 – Tibiletti Room

  • Introduction to topics of gender, sexuality and emotional wellbeing.
  • Group activities.

The Body and Emotions in “On-Life” Emotional and Sexual Relationships | 14 May – Room II

  • Introduction to online sexual practices, how the digital world is changing sexual dynamics, and the importance of the concept of “consent”.
  • Group activities.

Emotions on Stage | 21 and 28 May 2025 – Room II

  • Students will take part in group activities using experiential techniques, such as Analytical Psychodrama, with the aim of exploring emotional and relational dynamics in both online and offline affective and sexual interactions. The sessions will encourage self-awareness and reflection, provide a space for open discussion around issues of non-consensual behaviours, and highlight how emotional and sexual fulfilment can positively impact overall wellbeing. Participants will be supported in developing a more thoughtful, empathetic and conscious approach to human interaction.
